I hope we can use this blog to create greater communication between the residents. Everyone will be given a voice and be able to blog about their wishes and concerns. Feel free to post anything you wish, including items you may want to sell, crime in the neighborhood, or even ideas to improve the association (times may be tough right now, but we still should be moving forward). The pool is open and ready for use!  Just a quick reminder...be sure and tie down the umbrellas when leaving the pool area.  The summer weather is just about here; we learned the hard way two years ago that high winds and storms easily take hundreds of dollars worth of umbrellas and tables out of service (often permanently) so please keep in mind these "common elements" are owned by all of us.  Obviously we all prefer the board budget to replace pool furnishings on an occasional "fair wear and tear"  basis rather than an all too frequent (and expensive) "holy cow, that was a bad storm" basis.
